Marvellous location and delicious breakfast. Owner was helpful. Very perfect hotel, so close to the downtown, a 5 minutes' walk. Only a short distance to yak yeti yak, where you can have lunch.

Direct connection to pulteney bridge. Room met what we needed. No reason to complain, we would definitely recommend this place for every one❤
